Your Role & Responsibilities đȘ
As a TA & HR Projects Intern, you will join our Lead HR, Anne-Béatrice, and our TA Specialist, Maëlis, and take part in the ambitious challenge of helping us scale our team and implement HR processes in a context of hyper-growth and international expansion.

Taking on a strategic role within the HR team, you will have significant responsibilities and a broad range of missions in the following areas:
1- Talent Acquisition: As a true business partner, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the roles entrusted to you:
Gather and clarify needs with the hiring manager
Draft compelling job descriptions
Implement an effective multi-channel sourcing strategy to attract a diverse candidate pipeline (including LinkedIn Recruiter license, networking, partnerships)
Screen candidates and conduct pre-qualification interviews via video conference (including in English)
Coordinate and schedule the entire hiring process
Coach both candidates and interviewers to ensure the best candidate experience
Formulate job offers
Track and analyze recruitment KPIs, reporting key insights to your manager

2- HR Projects: Under the supervision of your manager, you will lead projects from conception to concrete implementation. The possibilities are endlessâemployer branding, culture, trainingâthereâs still so much to build at Hero!

3 - Onboarding & Employee Experience: As the orchestrator of the onboarding journey and the advocate for employee well-being, you will ensure a seamless and positive experience for every newcomer:
Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in all key stages of the onboarding process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee requests (excluding administrative matters).
